These terms and conditions cover online registration for, and use of, the Lothian LDC website.
Registration and accounts
To be eligible to register for our website you must be a dentist practising in the Lothian LDC area or a member of the dental team who would like to attend our events.
You can register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on the register page. Mandate holders in the Lothian LDC area will gain full access to all of the website’s events and resources
In the event of unauthorised use of your account we recommend that you contact us. You can also request a new password or request the deletion of your account so that you can set up a new one.
User IDs and passwords
If you register for an account with our website you will be asked to generate a user ID (we recommend your email address) and password.
You must keep your password confidential. You can re-set your password by visiting the My Account page.
You are responsible for any activity on our website which arises from your failure to keep your password confidential. Bookings and payments not made by you during this time may not be refunded.
Cancellation and suspension of accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account at any time in the event of unauthorised use.
You may cancel your website account at any time. Please contact us and we will remove you from our list.
